Delivery and Dispatch
Normal Delivery
Normal delivery means your goods will be shipped using Australia Post registered mail. As we are a Perth based company this can take up to 2 days within WA, 5 days to SA, 6-7 days to VIC and NSW, 7-10 days to QLD,ACT, NT, and TAS. The cost of this service is $7.50.
Express Post
The option of using express post is offered at a charge of $11.00. In most cases this ensures your goods are delivered within 2 working days.
International Delivery
We use Australia Post Air Mail for all our international parcels. A flat charge of $18 is charged for this service. Delivery times can vary between 3-10 days depending apon your location. The items you order will be delivered to your door and do not incur additional charges. If your local post office or customs department attempt to charge you input gst/vat, duty etc please do not pay and contact us immeditaely.
Missing or Late Orders
Should your items not arrive within the above time frames please check to ensure that Australia post has not attempted to deliver your package when you were not home. They are required to leave a card in your letter box and then hold your parcel at your nearest post office. In most missing item cases we find them sitting on a shelf at an Australia Post depot. Of course if this is not the case please contact us on free call 1800 113 117 and we will track it for you. All our parcels are insured.
Out of Stock Items
We do our very best to ensure all the items on our webiste are available at the time your order is processed. However should this not be the case you will be notified immediately by email as to the estimated date of availability.
If you wish to purchase an item that is not currently available on our webiste please do not hesitate to contact us either by email or on 1800 113 117 . We will be able to either place the item on back order for you or direct you to one of our retailers who hold the item in stock.
Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Dispatch
EMSO Marketing makes every effort to hold all items made available for order on our website in stock. Items in stock are dispatched within 2 working days of the time of order. Should items ordered be out of stock you , the customer, will be notified within 2 working days of order . We will notify you of the expected date of delivery and give you the option to either cancel your order, change your order or have your order placed on back order. Your credit card will only be charged at the time of dispatch.
While we make every effort to keep information on our website correct and up to date we offer no guarantee that information presented on this website is timely or accurate. If outdated or erroneous information on this website results in an order being submitted with incorrect pricing, delivery charges or other details we will contact the customer and provide updated information and charges for their approval. The customer is free to accept this revised order or decline it, in which case they will not be charged and no goods will be dispatched.
Orders received by EMSO Marketing via this website are on offer to purchase only. The order confirmation email sent out on receipt of an order is a confirmation of it's receival only and in no way indicates acceptance of this offer. EMSO Marketing reserves the right to refuse an offer to purchase for any reason that we see fit subject to applicable law, and reserves the right not to disclose these reasons subject to applicable law.

Upon placing an order you will receive an immediate order confirmation
If all items ordered are in stock your order will be processed and sent within 2 working days.
The charge to your credit card will appear as EMSO Marketing.
If items ordered are out of stock we will contact you within 2 working days offering to back order the items, offer alternative items that are in stock or to cancel your order
Payment for goods will only be processed at the time of dispatch.
We may phone or email you if we have any questions or information for you related to your purchase .
Refund Policy
All goods purchased from us or through any one of our retailers may be exchanged for a credit note within 30 days from date of purchase provided the goods have not been used and are in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not refund for incorrect choice. Postage/Courier charges for exchanges are done at the expense of the customer except in the case of manufacturing faults. Please contact our head office to make arrangements before sending goods for exchange.
Privacy Policy.
For EMSO Marketing to fill your on-line order we require certain information from you including name and address for billing and delivery purposes, day phone number, email address, and the product details of your order.
Your privacy is very important to us. EMSO Marketing therefore has taken the appropriate measures to ensure with confidence that any information given to us by our customers is protected. We recognise the sensitivity of your personal information and will never share, sell, or rent your details in any way with any other organization.

EMSO Marketing takes every precaution to protect users' information. User's information is protected online by encryption and firewall software. Only employees of EMSO Marketing Australia who need the information to fill your order are granted access to personally identifiable information. Credit card information is not kept on file after the transaction is completed.
